St. Joseph School has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.  The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our website, www.sjsfalcons.org.

Overall Policy

It is the policy of sjsfalcons.org to respect the privacy of its users and of personal electronic communication.  Currently, sjsfalcons.org will not share a user’s e-mail address or other specific personal information (e.g. name, address, age) without such user’s consent.  Sjsfalcons.org reserves the right to cooperate fully with state, local, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any purported unlawful activities of any user.

IP Address Information

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website as well as to gather broad demographic information.

Registration Forms

Our site’s registration forms require users to give us contact information (such as name and email address) and demographic information (such as zip code, age, etc.).  We use contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our school.  The customer’s contact information is also used to contact them when necessary.  Demographic and profile data is also collected at our sites.

Refund Policy
