MIDDLE SCHOOL DANCE GUIDELINES
The following is a list of guidelines for students to follow at middle school dances:
ATTIRE
-No ripped or torn clothing
-No inappropriate writing on t-shirts (at host’s discretion)
-Skirt length not more than three inches above the knee
-Shorts cannot be too tight or too short (at host’s discretion)
-No strapless tops
-No spaghetti strap tops
-Tank tops will be allowed, but at host’s discretion. Student may be asked to wear a jacket, sweater, or shrug.
-No sunglasses
BAGS
-All bags, backpacks, and purses will be checked in at the door and stored in a locked are until the student leaves the dance. Claim tickets will be issued to reclaim bags.
CONTACT INFORMATION
Each participating school will provide the host school with a contact name and number in the event one of their students required disciplinary action at a dance.
